At Trendovo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

A clear photo/video of the issue may be requested for verification

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return

Final sale or promotional items may not qualify for refunds
